Illegally arrived from the mainland, young camp detainee Man Si Sun (Cherie Chung) grasped for any opportunity in Hong Kong's seamier side-and ultimately acquiesced to an ID card marriage with the much older Kwai (Kwan Hoi-San). Unfortunately, the developing mutual attraction between her and aspiring kickboxer Kong Yuen Sang (Alex Man) might compromise it all.
